The Kingdom of Assyria is full of itself and puffed up with pride. Isaiah, prophet of the God of Heaven and Earth, brings god’s words to condemn Assyria. And Isaiah then promises salvation for God’s people, a remnant shall return to witness the Covenant of Abraham fulfilled.
